The Dealer Sales Representative (DSR) responsible for government and education sales from authorized Gunlocke GSA dealers is eligible for the contest. In order to be eligible the DSR must be employed by the authorized dealership at the time the prize is awarded. Multiple DSRs at individual dealerships can participate. Dealerships with multiple locations will not be able to combine volume from different locations for the purposes of this contest.

$50,000 Minimum in Net Government and Education Volume

The only sales that qualify for this contest are sales utilizing GSA/State/Local and Educational contracts that are shipped within the contest period. Gunlocke sales through Teaming Agreements are also eligible.

Highest Total Points Wins

SCORING SYSTEM
Tiebreaker will be determined by highest total net dollar volume
1. Each Purchase Order Earns 1 Point
2. Highest Volume Sales Each Quarter Earns Points

The Gunlocke, LLC "Big Kahuna Government and Education Sales Program" (the "Program"), participation in the Program, and Program awards are governed in all respects by the Big Kahuna Government and Education Sales Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") available at www.gunlocke.com at the Program section of the website. Participation in the Program and receipt of awards are conditioned and restricted as provided in the Terms. The Program begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 4, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 30, 2010. Program is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, or where prohibited or restricted by law.
